Commissions
A payment of 50% of the stated cost by the Artist, non-refundable, to contract artwork commissions is due up front. Commissions will not commence until the deposit is received. The balance is due upon completion of the art piece and prior to delivery, pickup or shipping. The Artist reserves the right to complete commissioned work within a realistic and reasonable timeframe, to be discussed during the final stages of the commission contract. Returns and/or refunds are not accepted on commissioned artwork.
Non-Commissions
Non-commissioned artwork may be returned for exchange to the Artist studio, in the exact condition received, within 5 days of receipt; at the clients expense.
Acquisition
Delivery and pick up within the city of London, Ontario. Shipping is available by quote only.
Payment Options
Cash, Certified Cheque, EFT and PayPal.
Mounting Hardware
While all artwork will come ready to hang with mounted picture wire, I highly recommend upgrading to a metal frame/canvas hanger (French cleat). You can find them at your local hardware store and are definitely my personal choice.
